Privacy policy

1. Declaration

Aichi International Academy (hereinafter referred to as "AIA") believes that the appropriate management of information is one of the important management issues, strives to ensure and improve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information assets, and in order to live up to the trust of society as a whole, including our customers, we declare that we will formulate, implement and promote the Information Security Basic Policy (hereinafter referred to as this policy).

2. Scope and Applicants

AIA applies to all information related to business activities under management (including personal information), and applies to all persons using information assets, including executives, employees (full-time employees, contract employees, contract employees, temporary employees, part-time employees, part-time workers), and outsourcing contractors.

3. Legal compliance

AIA complies with various laws and regulations, national guidelines, and other norms related to information security.

4. Establishment of information security regulations

When taking information security measures, AIA will establish information security regulations that specify the basic requirements necessary to uniformly define the standards of conduct and judgment that must be complied with.

5. Establishment of information security management system

AIA has established an information security management system and implements information security management with a unified organization.

6. Response to security incidents/accidents

In the unlikely event that an information security issue occurs, AIA will respond promptly and minimize the damage. We will also take appropriate measures, including measures to prevent recurrence.

7. Implementation of information security education and training

AIA provides education and training to executives, all employees, and contractors to make them aware of the importance of information security and to ensure that information assets are used appropriately.

8. Evaluation of the implementation status of information security measures and continuous improvement

AIA will regularly evaluate the implementation status of information security measures and strive for continuous improvement in order to confirm that this policy and information security regulations are being complied with.

9. Amendment and abolishment of documents

Any revision or abolition of this policy shall be drafted by the Information Security Committee and must be approved by the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors.
